Worse play space for under 18months. I would give a NEGATIVE 5 stars if I could. Firstly, poorly maintained space with leaking water and wet ground, not safe for a baby play area. Secondly, it’s a dedicated space for under 18months but there is a constant stream of older kids entering the baby play zone and hogging the play space. Thirdly, poorly maintained toys with broken toys and foam that is disintegrating. Would not recommend this place to anyone with babies under 18months.

The cafe serves suspicious meat. I spent $12 on fish and chips but the "fish" came gooey and doughey. There was no remnants of fish anywhere. I asked the staff to show me the packaging before I can serve it to my kid, but they refused. They shouldn't be serving this toxic waste to kids!
Its our first visit, we didnt know there was a 2hourly slot to follow, the nice uncle “closed 1 eye” to let us in since it wasnt crowded. I appreciate that. With this, i added 1 star to this review. My son love this place. To be honest the playground was pretty fun hence i am rating two stars for the fun. But the place is too run down and its quite dirty, the gaps were all piled with dust, i dont tink the management bothers to clean or fix anything even if it concern about kids safety? (See the attached photos) the torn net was an easy “entrance” to the top of the playground where accident could happened, bcus i almost went up with my children thinking it links to another slide. The trampoline looks like its gonna break anytime? The baby corner looks messy and damaged? We changed $12 worth of tokens for the little arcade but sadly, one of the machine was not functioning, a gun game took our tokens but couldnt start and 1 other toy catcher was not able to control. I told the nice uncle (anyway i think he was the only staff available through out the day), he couldnt do anything bcus it wasnt under their care hence he compensated me 2 packets of apple juice. Well… will i head back? I am not sure. I hope my innocent son will not request for it.
For parents this is a great time out retreat while the kids go wild and have fun. Thank goodness for a cafe and a area for parents to rest but still keep a eye on your little ones. This play centre has everything kids need and has areas for play for all ages. They can even host parties. Clean and friendly staff.
The place is big, clean and well managed.
However the downside is they are lacking in pretence play and interactive play, where kids will get bored after 30 mins of running around the maze. The staff is very nice to allow my kids to utilise the toddler area as it's empty.
For weekday price @ $15 nett (2-hour play), quite reasonable for a quick drop-by.
P.S - rmb to bring own socks as their socks are highly priced @ $3.90 per pair (as compared to other places @$2).

Communication with the folks at Waka waka was great. Staff were very friendly, responsive and efficient and were flexible with my requests.
Playground seats may be a bit rundown, but overall it is a good and big space for kids to run around and have fun! Will recommend!
The whole place isn't big. Kids will take abt 20mins to complete playing everything at the main play area. More suitable for kids who are more incline to adventures and climbing and heights. Nothing fanciful abt this indoor playground in my opinion.
Plan can be warm when u are running ard.
There is a bistro with sitting area.
Did not see lockers for ur bags.
Washrooms and diaper changing table is avail within the play area.
